
My weight has been my biggest issue here lately. I guess having 3 kids the extra pounds just keep on coming. In the past, I always lost weight really good by exercising or working in a warehouse(walking for 8-10hrs) but since I stay at home with the kids and the built up stress the pounds just keep on coming. I have made a decision to get off my "fat butt" and do something. So I looked online for some ideals and come to the the wave by Firm website. So I order it and it just arrived this morning. YaY!! well I said that now but when I start it I wont be that excited. So next week starting on Monday I'm going to do the Wave. I'm going to try to get up early(TRY) and start this program. After I do it, I'm going down to Pauline to my parents house walk on the treadmill then jump in the pool to do some laps. Please y'all pray for me. I don't wont to be a skinny as a stick but I do need to lose at least 30lbs. I will update all my readers well all 5 of y'all.

I will pray for you. I know how you feel. I've it a plateau and haven't lost any weight for about a year. So I'm there with you. I'll make you a deal...help keep me on track and I'll do the same for you. Call me out if you need to. That's what I need. So I know you can do it, not that you need to, but I can understand wanting to be healthier. Love you girl!
Losing weight is one of the hardest things to do! I set out at the beginning of the year to loose 25 pounds - I have only lost 10. I was walking on the treadmill at least 5 times a week and on the Pilates Power Gym 3 times a week. I haven't done either in almost 6 weeks.
I was happy to see you are motivated to get in shape too. I had decided last night as I sat eating my McDonalds cheesburger at 11pm that I was going to get back on track TODAY.
Eating the right foods is as just important as the exercise. I was doing good on that too, but fell off the wagon. It takes so much planning & I just got tired of doing it - it was like a second job. But if that is what it takes, then I guess I'm just going to have to do it.

Thanks yall!! I just wish that yall lived closer so we can lose weight together. Lets stick with our weightloss and update each other so we can encourage and movivate one another...Love yall :)
